Building-violation data
Violation data had to be collected for each building and kept up to date.
Property compliance, in one flow.
Software and automation connecting building-violation data, tenant mailings and response handling.

What stood in the way.
Landlords had to manage annual safety mailings, tenant responses and building-violation data, and needed all of it handled in one workflow.
Violation data had to be collected for each building and kept up to date.
Safety mailings had to go out to tenants every year.
Replies from tenants had to be processed and reach the right agent.
How we answered it.
We built compliance software together with bots that gather violation data, send tenant mailings, process incoming communications and route responses to the relevant agents. The web platform uses Laravel, Node.js and Vue.js, and the bots use Selenium.
The parts that made the difference.
A web application brings mailings, responses and violation data into one place.
Bots gather building-violation data automatically.
The system sends the annual safety mailings to tenants.
Incoming tenant communications are processed by the system.
What changed for the client.
