We replaced a manual daily data routine for Spirit Dashboard with scheduled UiPath bots that take Power BI data all the way into SQL, about five times faster than the manual workflow.

What stood in the way.
Every step of the daily data preparation was done by hand. Extraction, cleaning, analysis, customer-specific merging and database loading each took manual effort, and the whole chain had to be repeated every day.

Customer-specific merging
Each customer's data had to be merged separately, which added effort and room for mistakes.
Loading into SQL
The prepared data still needed to be loaded into the database by hand at the end of the process.
Our Solution
How we answered it.
We built scheduled UiPath bots that run the full chain: they extract data from Power BI, clean it, run the analysis queries, merge customer-specific data and load the result into SQL. UiPath Orchestrator gives the team job and queue visibility, so they can see what ran and what is waiting.
